HydroNurses Policies & Procedures

At HydroNurses, we provide professional, nurse-administered IV therapy and wellness services designed to support hydration, energy, recovery, and overall health. All care is delivered by licensed nurses who prioritize safety, clinical excellence, and individualized treatment—because choosing nurse-led care is the safest way to receive high-quality, medical-grade wellness services. To help us deliver the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you review the policies below.


Appointments

To ensure a seamless visit, we encourage all clients to complete their intake forms prior to arrival. After booking, you will receive an email from HydroNurses with a secure link to your required paperwork.

Please complete all forms before your appointment.
If forms are not completed in advance, kindly arrive 10 minutes early to complete them in person.


Payments

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

We accept:

Payment is due in full on the day of service.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to best accommodate all clients and maintain an efficient schedule.

Messages sent via email or social media may not be received in time.


Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.


Refund Policy

All services and packages are final sale.

Payments made by cash or credit card are non-refundable.
Unused services or packages may be exchanged for another treatment, subject to management approval.


Medical Disclaimer & Good-Faith Evaluation 

HydroNurses’ services are provided for wellness and supportive care purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. In accordance with applicable New York State regulations, all clients must complete a health intake and undergo a good-faith medical evaluation to determine eligibility for services. Medical clearance obtained through this evaluation is valid for a six (6) month period, unless there is a change in health status, at which time re-evaluation may be required. All services, including IV therapy and peptide wellness services, are administered by licensed nurses under established medical protocols.


Agreement to Policies

By booking an appointment with HydroNurses, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies outlined above, including those related to appointments, payments, scheduling, refunds, and medical clearance.
